Prof. Frode Hvaring
Co-Founder
Frode is an HR Guide and a corporate Culture builder. Since 2020 he lectures Leadership, Talent Management Systems and Organisational Capital at the EHL Business Hospitality School, widely acknowledged as the #1 worldwide in hospitality education rankings.
A Board member and advisor of start-ups in Switzerland, Germany and Italy, he often “HR doctors” companies and individuals through hands-on, value-adding interventions on future-proof HR & Leadership, sustainable Digital Transformation, and effective corporate Culture. A former member of IMD’s Executive Education Advisory Council (from 2010 to 2016), he co-founded in 2017 IGEF.CH, a Geneva-based think-tank for progressive Leadership. Before embracing a portfolio career mixing academia and business consulting, Frode held various regional and global COO and Head of HR roles in Swiss employers’ association; Credit Suisse, Caterpillar Group, and EBU-Eurovision among others.
Frode has a Masters in Economics from Fribourg, Switzerland and post-grads from IMD, Lausanne and Thunderbird, Phoenix. His doctoral studies at Grenoble GEM / Pisa Sant’Anna Institute focus on Cultural Ignorance.

Prof. Guido Gianasso, PhD
Co-Founder
Professor of Leadership at HEC Paris in Qatar, Guido is a Leadership and Cultural Intelligence expert.
A Swiss-Italian national, he has thirty-five years of International Management, Teaching and Consulting experience. Before joining HEC Paris, he was Associate Dean at Nanyang Business School, NTU Singapore.
In addition to his teaching role at HEC Paris, Guido Gianasso is Visiting Professor at the University of Geneva, the Wealth Management Institute in Singapore and Hong Kong University. He is also the Honorary Consul of Romania in Geneva and serves as Senior Advisor to the Cambodian Minister of Telecommunications, and on the Board of Trustees of the American University of Phnom Penh, (AUPP).
Before moving to the Education sector, Prof. Gianasso worked for almost three decades as senior corporate executive. He was Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Committee member in sectors such as Aviation (IATA) and Security (SICPA), helping CEOs drive major change programs.
